This is the 3rd time I have worked with Brad. He helped me with my first home purchase, sold my first home, and helped purchase our home now. He is very responsive and honest. Very smooth and easy transition.

Brad was very instrumental in guiding us through the sale of our home. He was very knowledgeable and knew the real estate market in our neighborhood. When ever I needed to reach him, he was always quick in getting back to me. He held many open home invites and was always punctual and even stayed longer then required if their were still prospective buyers stopping by. Brad has a great demeanor and is able to relate to most people. I would highly recommend Brad to anyone either buying or selling a home.

Brad listed my house for rent. He helped me list the house according to other houses in my area that were for rent in the past and in less then 24 hours I already had two applications. He communicated with me thru text and e mail all the way thru till signing of the lease and beyond. He is very knowledgeable in his field and he is a pleasure to work with.
